Occupation Obliteration Launch
This is my first game being published on a public platform. That said, I'm going to dispense with the imposter syndrome narrative and dive right into some of the things you can expect from this game as it stands right now.
It's a velocity-based shooter, meaning that the player is always moving. This was done to simulate minimum speeds for planes to stay airborn. Some have shared that this felt awkward, but it's the sort of feel I was going for in a game like this. Flying over terrain, laying waste to the occupying forces from the air, and occasionally dealing with their air force. The game was meant to feel loose and a bit slippery, yet one can turn the ship nearly on a dime with practice. I used free resources for much of the visuals and audio sources, and I'm hoping their arrangement is at least somewhat pleasing.
Having said that, I wish you all to enjoy, and do drop a comment when you get a chance, I'd love to hear feedback.
